Trainee Accountant Position Available!

We are looking for a trainee accountant ready to start full time or part time work from February 2025. 

The position is based in Temora as part of our busy accounting team. We work with a range of farmers and small business clients and your tasks would include data entry, preparation of BAS’s, financial statements and tax returns, software support and general administration duties. We offer flexible work schedules to fit in with your studies and there is opportunity for career progression within the business.

We don’t expect you to have any experience in accountancy and business. What we are really looking for is someone who has a positive attitude, a great work ethic and wants to help us give quality service to our clients as part of committed and enthusiastic team.

Administration Position Available!

We are looking for an administration assistant ready to start full time work from February 2025. 

The position is based in Temora as part of our administration support staff team. Tasks include data entry, printing and compiling financial documents, preparing letters and general administration duties such as reception, banking, mail, digital filing and general IT. Under supervision of our managers the position also includes preparation of BAS’s and assisting with client payroll records.

Experience in office administration is required including excellent soft skills in communication, time management and general IT. Experience in business, book keeping and payroll is desirable but not essential.

Essential skills include proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with software programs such as Access APS, MYOB, Phoenix, Xero, Virtual Cabinet and BGL are desirable but not essential.
